High Efficient Mechanical Ventilation Installation
Hardmonds Engineering designs and installs mechanical ventilation systems that transports air into a building by mechanical means of fans. Often air is moved through ductwork to deliver outside air into a building.
Positive Input Ventilation (PIV)
Positive Input Ventilation or PIV Systems work by drawing fresh filtered air from outside to inside through a unit that is usually installed in a loft. Positive Input Ventilation Systems reduce or eliminate surface condensation altogether by displacing humid stagnant air with fresh filtered air throughout your whole home. PIV systems work by using air from outside to slightly increase internal air pressure, which in turn gently forces the stale air out
Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV)
These units extract heat from the warmer extracted stale air and use that heat to warm the incoming outside air. This has energy saving benefits in the heating season as it helps to reduce the heating needed to warm the room.
The systems work by extracting stale, moisture-laden air from the wet rooms ,which passes over a high efficiency heat exchange cell before reaching atmosphere.
We offer commercial extract hoods, kitchen canopies and systems that can revolutionise your kitchen venting premise. Our range varies from extract-only hoods, kitchen smoke extractors & input hoods, island canopies, and odour systems. Hardmonds Engineering builds your services that tailor your very requirements. If you’re looking for commercial heating extraction hoods, Extractor fans or entire commercial kitchen extraction systems, then Hardmonds Engineering is the trusted industry supplier.
